Usage of Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing strictly as per itinerary on point to point basis (and not on disposal basis).
All hotel taxes and permit fee as per itinerary.

EXCLUSIONS:

Usage of vehicle for additional sightseeing / any other purpose, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Room heater charges.
Tour Escort /Guide Charges.
Entrance Charges/ Fee.
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, directly or indirectly resulting in the increase in cost on transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect before the scheduled departure.
Expenses of personal nature like, tips & gratuity, mineral water, laundry, telephone calls, soft drinks, hard drinks, porterage, paragliding, rock climbing, rafting, toy train joy ride , porterage.
Any cost arising due to health issues, natural calamities, political disturbances, etc. (to be borne by the guest directly on the spot).
Local / Service Taxes.
Anything which is not included in the package includes section.

Nathula visit is subject to availability and granting of permit (which is issued on the date of travel itself) and road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir, except Monday and Tuesday.

Excursion to Zero point (Yumesamdong) is optional which the guest can take by paying an extra cost per vehicle.

During the winter season whenever there is heavy snow, the vehicle will be able to drive till Snow point on the way to Yumthang Valley.

The NAME, ADDRESS, AGE and GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit.

Points to note for passengers travelling to Tsomgo,Nathula Pass, North Sikkim (Lachung- Lachen)

Permit is required for Tsomgo Lake, Nathula Pass & Lachung. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of passport size Photograph, original & copy of photo ID i.e. Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License / Any Govt. approved photo ID except PAN CARD for processing the permit. (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card is not valid for permit in Sikkim). On arrival we request you to hand over your documents set to your hotel reception so that our driver can collect the same to process your permits.
